Learning Operating Model Revamp

  • Our client recognized the need to align their learning initiatives with the business objectives. To achieve this, the bank partnered with us to revamp their learning operating model.

  • The project involved a comprehensive redesign of the corporate university structure to better serve the needs of the business.

  • This included aligning the learning programs with the business objectives, digitalizing the learning processes to increase efficiency and accessibility, and measuring the impact of the changes made.

  • The learning programs were created through close collaboration between the BOD, business units, and subject matter experts to ensure that they served the relevant needs of the bank and its employees.

Subject Matter Expert School

  • The fast pace of business change often outpaces the rate of knowledge transfer within the organization, making it difficult for our clients to keep up with the latest developments and trends.

  • Many top talents were under-utilized as knowledge agents due to lack of structured and uniform transfer of knowledge skills, leading to uneven talent development in the organization.

  • Partnering with us, we created an SME School program to address these challenges and design different ways of transferring knowledge (Facilitator, Module Developer, Mentor, Content Curator and Assessor

  • We trained SMEs to become agents of knowledge and equipped them with the skills and tools needed to speed up transfer knowledge within the organization.
